Supreme Court decisions are announced on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.. But as far as I can tell, they don't have to release any decision until the end of their sessions, so a good nine months or so.

I expect they'll have a decision by Wednesday. The Justices had some pretty strong opinions.

Sotomayor has yet to retract her ridiculous assertions. That's going to be rationale enough to ignore any negative result they produce for real patriots.

Or do we let them take away our Rights over fabricated fear propaganda?
