Might be a DNS issue (with your VPN/ISP)

Try to ping catbox.moe with a computer using the same connection (Tether/Modem mode)

I used the suggested fix two days ago and it worked for five minutes. Now it no longer works. Clearing all browser history. I even uninstalled reinstalled my browser. Shit's heckin' gay

Looks like a DNS issue to me.

Did you try your carrier's data instead of the wifi?
