If you can open catbox links on carrier data, you might wanna reboot your wifi router.

If that doesn't work, you can always change to a different DNS server in the router's config. Then every device connected gets the new one. Phones also let you set up a custom DNS server for a particular WiFi connection. Jewgle and AdGuard come to mind as free ones you can use.
