"Why would there not be an obvious market of women"?
The obvious answer would be that many (if not most) bitches have long been indoctrinated with the idea that they can wait til rich and successful (and feeling oh-so-fulfilled), before going for that bun in the oven. Of course by then, them 30 to 40 year old eggs have started to shrivel, so gals able to pay the piper are likely too old to dance. Secondly, there has over the last ten years evolved some legal loopholes whereby bitches can not only uncover the identity of the donor (and send the kid to his doorstep when old enough), but also sue for child support....neither very likely to be welcomed by the " famous / rich / successful" guys that mostly demand utmost discretion.
