I just ignore them
Walk out if they insist.
Pull it off until they demand againand I must say at a dentist.
Just be the biggest pain or lost customer you can.
If you're a pain then they're glad just to get rid of you.
Then they need to find a legal way to fire you but coercion makes them liable
Every reason is legal as long as it's not connected with you being a member of a protected class, or in retaliation for something like a whisteblower complaint.
In fact, if you want to get their jimmies in a rustle you should file a whisteblower complaint now. If they fire you for the mask policy you will still have an excellent case in court for retaliation.
