I heard someone talk about a drone that would fly around and say nigger really loud...

How about a stuffed bird in a tree with a wireless speaker that you can subtly yell out fuck the jews... or niggee nigger nigger

I would think there would be a way to do this with out being traced...

A real pigeon with a small speaker would be funny.

Wild cat would work too that lives in a urban city.. catch it put a speaker on a collar with a good batter record red pulled messages

Also, less traceable. Don't use a printer that you purchased with a credit card or can be traced back to you in some way.

I'm not sure that a speaker saying "nigger nigger nigger" or "jews rape kids" would be productive, but one can come up with a suitable message, such as "vaccine deaths are at acceptable levels".

You'd want a device that can power itself, either off solar or off the mechanical motion of the bird, or both. You'd want the battery to charge up to, say, 20% before turning the speaker on.

A practical obstacle is finding or making such a device, and then catching a pigeon so that it can be attached.

Get a template for the letter R and start spraying it in public places.

What does it stand for? Whatever you want
