Set EAC -> Compression Options -> External Compressor to "User Defined Encoder" and use .flac as the file extension. Enter the path to flac.exe and put "-8 %source%" in the additional commands. Check "Delete WAV after compression," and "Use CRC Check." Press "Test Encoder" to make sure everything works ok.
Rip at as "Action -> Copy Image & Create CUE sheet."
Open the FLAC with Foobar2k and you can embed the cue sheet, album art, lyrics, extraction log, accurate rip data, and lots of other stuff. When you're done you have a self contained single file that can be used to re-create the original CD if it's lost or damaged, and you can use it to make MP3 or AAC files for your devices.
