My son received an extra Christmas gift this year - Rubella (which honestly was not a big deal for him at all)

The issue is my little pregnant brain starts spinning and is armed with the knowledge that rubella causes a ton of birth defects especially first trimester and not everyone gets symptoms of rubella....

I got the MMR as a kid if that does anything (I know there was outbreak of the mumps awhile back of vaccinated kids at a college)

So what do you think Poal?

Should I start putting money away for a short bus?

Or is my brain spooking me for no reason?

Stay away from foods and drinks packaged in cans or plastic, especially acidic and fatty foods. Canned tomato products are some of the worst offenders for having leeched chemicals in them. Do not heat anything in plastic or eat/drink foods that were heated while in contact with plastic or styrene (styrofoam). Toss your plastic water bottles and coffee mugs and replace them with a good unlined steel or glass product. Those leeching chemicals are devastating to everybody, but particularly to developing children.

Take a prenatal multi-vitamin and make sure you're getting enough vitamin D (the multivitamin won't be enough).

What the media didn't tell you about those outbreaks was that they were primarily in illegal immigrant communities. Public health takes a back seat to wokeness. They want to scare you comfortable middle-class white people by spooking you with stories about rampant diseases among immigrants, but they don't want to tell you about the immigrant part in case you get the wrong ideas for curing the problem.
