My son received an extra Christmas gift this year - Rubella (which honestly was not a big deal for him at all)

The issue is my little pregnant brain starts spinning and is armed with the knowledge that rubella causes a ton of birth defects especially first trimester and not everyone gets symptoms of rubella....

I got the MMR as a kid if that does anything (I know there was outbreak of the mumps awhile back of vaccinated kids at a college)

So what do you think Poal?

Should I start putting money away for a short bus?

Or is my brain spooking me for no reason?

From what I have seen recently with the medical industry it is very likely that a lot of vax harm is probably blamed on other things. So if it is autism that is supposedly caused by rubella I wouldn't be so sure. If it is deformities at birth that is another story. But even that may truly stem from whatever treatment the mother was given for the illness.
