My son received an extra Christmas gift this year - Rubella (which honestly was not a big deal for him at all)

The issue is my little pregnant brain starts spinning and is armed with the knowledge that rubella causes a ton of birth defects especially first trimester and not everyone gets symptoms of rubella....

I got the MMR as a kid if that does anything (I know there was outbreak of the mumps awhile back of vaccinated kids at a college)

So what do you think Poal?

Should I start putting money away for a short bus?

Or is my brain spooking me for no reason?

Or is my brain spooking me for no reason?

Yes. Maintain excellent nutrition while you're pregnant and you will be doing the absolute best you can for your child. Don't nuke your or their immune systems with anything. Look up Del Bigtree and watch/listen to him discuss vaccine safety.

The mumps "outbreaks" were not above routine levels in the population and were only mentioned in the media as a final volley to whip up froth for "anti-vaxxers" and soften everyone up for the current gene therapy pressure.

After del bigtree check out forrest mareadys books. Start with the moth in the iron lung. And don’t do any vaccines until you have finished that book and Crooked. If you still want to after that you should probably re read them.

Yes good reads especially for people new to the whole concept

Did they provide immunity? Probably not. The vaccine industry has been basically unregulated for years. They have been labeled as "A pUbLiC nEcEsSiTy!" and so concerns for safety, efficacy, and reliability have been ignored. We all know about how the companies are not held liable and any evidence of harm they do is swept under the rug. Heck, they could ship rat droppings dissolved in saline and they would be unscathed.

You, personally? Stay healthy, stay clean, eat as much real food as you can while avoiding soy-infused, fructose-fortified garbage, and get some sun. The human immune system can be effective if not loaded down.

Your kid? Well, you're on Poal, so, yeah, your kids will need the short bus. That's just genetic.

I was born in 1978. I was vaccinated. I was forced to get the MMR booster at 17 for college. It gave me rubella. I hadn't been sick since I was 9 although I'd had a job interacting with the public since 14 and attended a public school. Rubella was nothing. The reactions to that vaccine and the rest were awful and life changing.

I would recommend keeping positive thoughts that you are fine. Worry/negativity is unhealthy.

And be sure to get enough iodine for a smart baby along with bvitamins.

From what I have seen recently with the medical industry it is very likely that a lot of vax harm is probably blamed on other things. So if it is autism that is supposedly caused by rubella I wouldn't be so sure. If it is deformities at birth that is another story. But even that may truly stem from whatever treatment the mother was given for the illness.

Look up germ theory vs terrain theory. I think the most important part of it is that your outlook on disease will start out as seeing a deadly world out there trying to kill you in germ theory and you need special protection from medicines. As you understand terrain theory the Outlook becomes that if your body is weak it invites disease and so the power of fighting diseases is completely in your own hands.

Just to add some practical info, rubella is a virus and similar protocols for covid such as zinc, quercetin, vitamin c, vitamin d should suffice to prevent any issues

It happens to all of us.

I stopped bleeding out the ass for almost a full month, thinking I was missing my boi period.

My Hetero Doctor told me that was a good thing.

But he is a bigot.

Stay away from foods and drinks packaged in cans or plastic, especially acidic and fatty foods. Canned tomato products are some of the worst offenders for having leeched chemicals in them. Do not heat anything in plastic or eat/drink foods that were heated while in contact with plastic or styrene (styrofoam). Toss your plastic water bottles and coffee mugs and replace them with a good unlined steel or glass product. Those leeching chemicals are devastating to everybody, but particularly to developing children.

Take a prenatal multi-vitamin and make sure you're getting enough vitamin D (the multivitamin won't be enough).

What the media didn't tell you about those outbreaks was that they were primarily in illegal immigrant communities. Public health takes a back seat to wokeness. They want to scare you comfortable middle-class white people by spooking you with stories about rampant diseases among immigrants, but they don't want to tell you about the immigrant part in case you get the wrong ideas for curing the problem.

Vaccines are a lot like Jesus.

They put mercury in it back then, for some nefarious reason, but it does work at least. You'll be fine.
