Since I can't go indoor climbing or play sports anymore I'm losing my fitness.

I'm going to start jogging, but I need something to get some strength going.

I've never really done much aside from body weight stuff, pushups, pushups, squats, lunges etc.

I've got some kettlebells and space to do some bodyweight stuff.

Where's a good place to put some workout routines together and get info on proper form etc?

Or even easier for me, what's some good routines I can do 2-3 times a week?

Yoga feels like Pilates-lite but I never was very advanced. Most of the movements and stretches are similar if not outright the same. Im fairly certain the guy got his inspiration from the orient so they share an origion source.

Just get the german guy Pilates book, he's the guy who invented it.

If you enjoy it get a reform table and really get at it.
