But the narratives are packaged slightly differently to make the ideas palatable to the voters. Also, price fixing is always on the table for commodities when politicians create insane fiscal policies. They justify it based on the deplorables reactions. For example, if gasoline ever spiked to $8/gallon, we all know Brandon would institute price fixing immediately. Criminals always act more criminal when they're cornered.
