Only way to appease desk jockeys. They'll never understand how maintenance actually works until they are underneath a house with you in mud dust etc. Everything to a desk jockeys is key in lock and it opens. Unless they are prior maintenance, then a quick silence over the phone when asked how long it'll take will give them all they need to know.
