Everything I’ve heard is that they are emotionless and logical. So I think they would be agreeable to isolating Jews and niggers. But, I think they would like the chinks, because of their control of their population. First off, they shouldn't be flying willy nilly straight into Earth unannounced, unexpected, uninvited, unauthorized, without proper documentation to meet the requirements of living and being part of Earth. Just as I can't willy nilly go immigrate to any country I want without going through their customs checks and requirements. If I did that as an individual, I would be breaking the law. If I did that as a group (mass invasion) that could be considered an act of war and intense measures would be taken with possible penalties.
If they have superior technology/abilities/intelligence then they need to leave it at the check-in counter which should be an international global DMZ zone outside our atmosphere with each country's security having its own set requirements and restrictions. As ET groups become more trusted over time we can loosen the restrictions but also increase them if they do bad or evil things, sometimes even issue a flat-out travel ban. Illegal aliens violating our laws and sovereignty should not be taken lightly for this planet is reserved for it's legal citizens.

They should communicate in our publicly accepted means of communication if they wish to speak to us. If we desire to speak to them then we should learn their language.
A middle ground would be to use an intermediary/hybrid language that both are capable of understanding and willing to use.
Communication should also be consensual and expected without causing or worsening underlying psychological effects that can harm or intrude on the human mind.

This is overstating a bit.
Even if they are some absurdly advanced society, they cannot look upon humanity in the same way we look at ants. Ants do not innovate and come up with means of communicating with other species. Ants do not study, they just act upon their hive mind.
They may view us as backward savages, stumbling through time. They may also understand how naive we'd be and use this to take advantage of us, somehow.
They could view us with indifference , or as an annoyance , or something to be exterminated , anything is possible

Serious answer: If aliens land, nothing will change. Why should it change? It will be just another news story for a couple of weeks, then it will get displaced by other news stories. Unless the aliens want to take over the Earth, they will be no different from all the other aliens who invade America -- a pain in the ass that is largely ignored. Maybe they will offer us technology. Great, let's grab what we can get. Or maybe they just want to observe us -- if so, send them to San Francisco. They will leave the Earth soon enough.
