This lack of leadership and ability to make decisions will cripple the group and they will perform terrible as a team. Then also when they begin to squabble and fight amongst themselves they will complain to HR. Follow up aggressively on every single complaint and let them give you the ammo you need to fire them and let them eat each other as all woke sjws eventually do.

I did that once. Every word of the evaluation was true but I got my ass chewed so bad by my boss and his boss there weren't nothing left but the hole.
