Create projects that you know will fail or run over budget

assign all the niggers to them and make a big song and dance about their projects being "so diverse and progressive", assign your most SJW managers to them. Make them review everything they do for its impact on "diversity and inclusion", to the point where nothing ever gets done.

then let all the jews in HR take the blowback for hiring so many IQ defectives, as you quietly point to a pie chart showing which departments have all the failing projects.

Keep the low key bread and butter projects for Whites, make sure that any issues they have are ironed out quickly, that they never have to reply on nigger projects to complete, and their pay level attracts more top candidates.

You never have to point out race, you just allow the niggers to fail harder, eventually you'll only have Whites left.

along with the merit based performance evaluations, be sure to put them into project teams. They are often very into socialism and hate the idea of a hierarchy. This lack of leadership and ability to make decisions will cripple the group and they will perform terrible as a team. Then also when they begin to squabble and fight amongst themselves they will complain to HR. Follow up aggressively on every single complaint and let them give you the ammo you need to fire them and let them eat each other as all woke sjws eventually do.

IRS IT has their affirmative action hires in Cybersecurity and Project Management where they can do the least amount of damage. Oh, human resources is a good place to put them.

A ton of blacks were put in charge of Taxpayer Service back in the early 2000's which explains why get can't get any help if you have a question.
