I don't & never have. Most of the time, sadly I don't understand other women. The desire for jewelry (I only wear the necklace my husband gave me), or their need to shop all the time, get Valentine gifts, flowers, etc. I hope other women answer to explain. Its an interesting question. Im happy with just a card. I ltease my husband he got off cheap, because material things mean nothing to me.
