Pretty much anything overly rich in oils, butter or fat. Anything deep fried. Any fast food. Basically, since I gave up shitty food and started cooking the families meals from scratch using as much organic and non processed ingredients as I can, my body eventually developed zero tolerance for oily, shitty food. A plate of ribs and a scoop of buttery mashed potato and creamed corn at the in-laws will ABSOLUTELY have me doubled over in agony, shivering like a shitting dog and blowing liquid hell from my rear end in extremely short order. I avoid it like the plague.
Plant-based diets are what are killing people in industrialized societies. There's tons of controlled clinical trials showing that a diet rich in protein and animal fat is far healthier than a plant-based diet. But the number one killer of industrialized societies are vegetable/seed oils. That shit is poison.
If fatty foods are causing pain and diarrhea, you might want to consider the possibility that you have a gall bladder issue. It's especially common for people with the 4 f's (Fat, Fair, Female, Forties).
Eating vegetable oil doesn’t mean you have a “plant based diet”.

Link it.
The vegetable oils is a separate issue from a plant-based diet. Eating too much fruit, vegetables, and grains is pretty horrible for your health.
