Anything with artificial sugars or excessive carbs causes me extreme gastro distress (running out of the office to the bathroom isn't a good look), which is why I don't eat anything containing excessive carbs or artificial sugars if I can avoid it. I try my best just to stick with simple meat, cheese, leafy greens, and the occasional small serving of plain yoghurt (full fat Greek). Generally keeping my diet bland ensures my body functions like clock work.
