Why would a people hellbent on destruction of another people spend millions of dollars and resources and manpower building trails and cities and moving them from one to another? Pol pot just put a bullet in their head because it's efficient.
Why are there no mass graves at treblinka or aushwitz? Why are there bo mountains of coal and coke to fuel the incinerators? Why are there wooden doors on the gas chambers? How bad would you have to be at your job to move people from DEATH CAMP TO DEATH CAMP? One good solid question leads to a quick breaking of the narrative.
