A guy doesn't need to be married to get multiple women pregnant. In fact, AFAIK, in any state a guy legally can live with and support multiple women who have his children. But he can't go through a legal marriage or religious marriage ceremony with more than one of them. But legal documents can be signed by everyone that detail financial responsibilities, if someone is worried about child support.
