I think we need a comprehensive test of intelligence, self sufficiency and moral "centeredness" and to test for the absence of genetic problems and mental illness. Once we have that we should offer HUGE incentives for the White people who pass those tests to have children. Multiple wives, tax rebates and direct payments (which would also incentivize women to stay home).
Whites who fail those tests would reproduce as normal and everyone else gets sterilized.

I think too that the more incentives we offer based on the qualities of the best and brightest of us, the more we create a culture based on those qualities. So even stupid Whites would idolize intelligence and non-degenerate behavior and aspire to it if nothing else due to the rewards they could get.

A guy doesn't need to be married to get multiple women pregnant.
In fact, AFAIK, in any state a guy legally can live with and support multiple women who have his children. But he can't go through a legal marriage or religious marriage ceremony with more than one of them. But legal documents can be signed by everyone that detail financial responsibilities, if someone is worried about child support.

Honestly, I don’t know why a man would want the drama and infighting that would come with multiple wives. Just settle down young, get a nice girl - have lots of kids with her.
