I do heavy yoke carries and farmers walks all the time. Great workout. From grip strength, to core work and leg conditioning.
Most of the time it's people showing off, but being able to move lots of weight for distance is a skill, and a useful one imo
There is a benefit to being able to carry people or heavy objects a distance. It must be done carefully because injury chances increase with distance and weight.
Its actually really good for tendons, bone density, posture, etc... Those things all react to stimuli and properly moving heavy things does this.
Really good for tendons.
Your platnar fascia will disagree.
A small amount of stress is good for the body fatty.
You're wrong. The growth factors and signals for strengthening tendons is based off of and from the signals for doing so with bones. If you're strengthening your bones, you're also strengthening your tendons.
