What you say is true. I left nearly 20 years ago. I watched my area get infiltrated by Californicators in the 1990s. Gary Johnson was Governor. I do understand it’s turned brilliant blue. But, the question was if money was no object. I’d buy at least 2 sections and fence all of it.
