I think they are real pedos because the same material is all over twitter and Facebook, and while the stuff visible to the public, though disgusting, is not strictly illegal, it is almost certain that they are sharing criminal material through private channels. That means that the servers owned by Twitter, Facebook, and Amazon Web Services are hosting actual child pornography. Big Tech does very little about its pedophile problem. The letter of the law states that they are in compliance if they remove reported material within 24 hours, but the criminal scumbags are back in operation almost instantly after a takedown. It is ironic that when Big Tech conspired to take down Parler, the supposed evidence of illegal, violent and threatening posts were from obscure, dead threads that had not received any user engagement, and therefore, had not been reported, and were very low priority for the automatic detectors. Either they had to search very hard for it, or they posted it themselves. Meanwhile, the very worst kind of material is hosted on Twitter, Facebook, and Amazon, is actively engaged with by its degenerate, vile, users, is often reported, and high priority for detection algorithms, but they do very little about it.
