This is just a re-framing of the long-debunked "warlords would just take over" argument. I'm surprised to see it still floating around.
Anyway, here's one article debunking it, though undoubtedly you could find several more: https://mises.org/library/wouldnt-warlords-take-over

Debunked by what place where anarcho-capitalism was instituted and it didn't happen?
If it's debunked, how did we get where we are today? Governments weren't put into existence by God, yet here they are. Hmmmm. It's almost like reality contradicts theory.
Airplanes didn't exist before the 1900s so they're completely impossible and must be fake.
You're arguing against a strawman and I'm not interested in having the same stupid argument that I've had for over a decade with someone too hostile and too small-minded to do basic research on a huge topic before coming to a conclusion.
Flying cars have been coming since I was a kid (long fucking ago) and guess what? Still just right around the corner, along with the commie utopia, the jesusfreakos beloved Armageddon, the Star Trekkie teleporter, etc. No duckie, these are not "completely impossible"...just so bloody friggin unlikely you got way better odds of winning the lotto, and being struck by lightening as you pick up your million dollar jackpot! Give it a rest Donna Diehard. Your anarcho-capitalism wetdream is, was, and always will be...a paper fantasy, and never an actual reality.

We're not talking about whether governments are fake, we're talking about whether it's possible for a society to exist without some group of people exercising power over the rest of the people in a given geographic area. It's not possible. It has never happened. That's a lot of evidence that it's not possible.

You can't even casually mention a single case of anarcho-capitalism happening and lasting, but I'm hostile and small-minded. That called deflection.
