Even with his heart blown in two, Mr. Grizzly can still live long enough to chase you down and kill you. So even if you are able to deal him a mortal wound, if he rips your head off, then dies, technically he still wins. And by the rules, you end up having to serve him in "Bear Heaven".

It entirely depends on the attitude of the bear. If the bear with minding its own business, eating berries or grubs, then the master swordsman might be able to sneak up and murder it. But if the bear was annoyed at the master swordsman, the sword would be up his ass.

Sword is a slashing weapon, the bears skin is too thick, also you don't kill a bear by slashing, you need to penetrate. Only a stupid kid would ask this question. Why not ask how well a swordsman would do vs a dinosaur

Only been bear hunting once. Only time I had a shot at a deer, lmao. Was stationed at a boulder my uncle's friend had a bear charge at him. Guy dropped down and bear jumped over him and ran off. Must've been scary as shit

I suspect that the bear would probably not bother since there are easier meals without swords. If you forced the bear to fight though, the best case scenario is both die, otherwise the bear wins hands down.
