Well maybe you shouldn't be using your work PC to surf the net. A Group Policy Object is preventing you from taking screen shots. Your system admins set that GPO. They don't want you taking screen shots. Now get back to work.
Your browser is likely the problem. Firefox and Brave do not allow screenshots in private mode and it can't be overridden. If it's something you really like, cut/paste the link in non-private browsing and it should work.
If you're using Windows, use the snipping tool instead of print screen.
Edit: From your other comment, it seems this pertains to your phone. If Android: Root it. Change permissions. Smali Patcher for Magisk should do the trick. If IOS, I don't fuckin' know.
Found an app works really good just have to turn it on and off.. wish I could change it to button commands but I'm not that phone tech savvy
It's because you're in secret mode on the internet. Go to phone internet, open new tab and on bottom left will say turn off secret mode, boom you can now screenshot again.
Take a picture of the screen.
