I've been thinking a lot about this whole thread, and the point you make in it, and I've reached a conclusion that I'm not comfortable with; taken at face value, this basically equates to "I'm living in fear of what those against me can do with their power, to the point that I refuse to even attempt to make a stronger-knit community out of those that would support me." I don't like that.
