If you use their system, you are subject to their laws and obligations, that's how they see it.

So if you don't want to be their slave, you should totally disengage yourself from them and their stuff. The time will come when it will no longer be possible to use the Internet as it is today. You have to understand this, there is no point in deluding yourself. It will happen, and everyone will see it.

Better get ready to live off-grid and you will end up pretty much like the some Afghanis live, no energy, no running water, no fuel, no access to supermarkets and pharmacies, etc.

Blocking IP ranges that the attacks are coming from at your router.

Its not very feasible for a small private site. You need a bit of networking knowledge and some more than basic home gear.

If you want to get more into the system ... You have to have some sort of DNS provider... You could use cloudflare... they would then be your block points. But with spoofing IPs, and proxies, and such. If they want you down as a small private site. You are down.
