Most people eat the Holliday Turkeys, but now with the federal decriminalization of eating horse meat, I was wondering if horse could become a holiday food.

I personally never ate horse nor do I know anyone that eats horse. I wonder who the horse eaters are and what it tastes like.

I think this will open the market for larger ovens; which is never a bad thing.

I ate some horse in Belgium. They serve it at restaurants there. It was kind of funny to me because at the time there was a big story in England about how some ground beef was tested and it contained a small amount of horse and it caused major outrage, but then a couple hour train ride away you could order it off the menu.

Belgian horses are HUGE. Maybe that's why they have meat to spare for consumption.
