Most people eat the Holliday Turkeys, but now with the federal decriminalization of eating horse meat, I was wondering if horse could become a holiday food. I personally never ate horse nor do I know anyone that eats horse. I wonder who the horse eaters are and what it tastes like. I think this will open the market for larger ovens; which is never a bad thing.
