Most people eat the Holliday Turkeys, but now with the federal decriminalization of eating horse meat, I was wondering if horse could become a holiday food.

I personally never ate horse nor do I know anyone that eats horse. I wonder who the horse eaters are and what it tastes like.

I think this will open the market for larger ovens; which is never a bad thing.

Horse is normal food for the Swiss.

For the French, too. It is definitely not a taste I enjoyed nor have had again.

We used to have a restaurant locally that served all sorts interesting food.

I miss that place. Covid killed it. It wasnt able to bring in the meat anymore. It depended on being able to fast ship everything it sourced from small butcheries.

Some of the menu highlights were Kangaroo, Black Bear, Brown bear, Reindeer, moose, elk, gator, rattlesnake. --- Lots of things i just cant get here easily. Granted I avoided the roo. I wasnt sure i wanted to eat that.

I love the kangaroo and gator. Don't like squid in its own ink.

There was a restaurant in Brooklyn Heights that served all sorts of game meats, as well as one in Staten Island. The latter closed years ago and I can't remember the name of former.
