Most people eat the Holliday Turkeys, but now with the federal decriminalization of eating horse meat, I was wondering if horse could become a holiday food.

I personally never ate horse nor do I know anyone that eats horse. I wonder who the horse eaters are and what it tastes like.

I think this will open the market for larger ovens; which is never a bad thing.

There was a restaurant in Brooklyn Heights that served all sorts of game meats, as well as one in Staten Island. The latter closed years ago and I can't remember the name of former.
