Simple. Go get one PCR test. They email them as pdfs Now you have a template you can easily edit with foxit reader multiple times over for every single follow up t3:4.

I tried to edit my negative test with PDFelement and it would only let me change a couple of boxes with the same font then the other blocks wouldn’t edit at all.

I’ve had no issues. If it’s password protected you can always print to pdf then run OCR to scan.

Worst case you replace all texts if you cannot find a matching font, which is rare.
