Medical test results are private healthcare records. Your employer is not your care provider and therefore does not have authority to view your records without your consent. Tell them your test results are for you and your primary care provider's viewing only and that you do not consent to disclose your medical status with a party who is not part of your personal healthcare services. When they balk at this, ask them if have enough liability insurance coverage to pay out a huge settlement for violating HIPAA laws as a unauthorized, non-healthcare provider to you. They may say they can request a (((vaxx))) card without violating HIPAA, which is largely true, but a (((jewflu))) test result is a medical record and fully protected by HIPPA. Tell them to ask their attorneys about this and what it would mean for them if they go against your consent.

I tried to edit my negative test with PDFelement and it would only let me change a couple of boxes with the same font then the other blocks wouldn’t edit at all.

I’ve had no issues. If it’s password protected you can always print to pdf then run OCR to scan.

Worst case you replace all texts if you cannot find a matching font, which is rare.

If you cannot find one here, go ahead and get one. Do a high quality scan. Edit out the entry blanks. Find the closest matching font. (There are web tools that help you to identify fonts). Fill out your first one with the new data in the font you will be using going forward.
