Make them fire you.
Absolutely, I'm going to serve them a declination of offer by "conditional acceptance" letter. And then sue them for any tort against me and myself as my own property
Good luck. I hope your efforts are fruitful.
Also read the legal definitions of mandate to my supervisors this morning and told them if they try to force anyone to do anything against their will I'll start a class action against them personally for being the "agents" who assume direct authority over us as their "property" got a lot of "oh shit oh shit" looks 🤷🏻♂️
On what grounds? Does your state require an employer to keep you employed even when they don't want you or no longer need your services? Most states allow employers to let people go at will for any reason or no reason. The only reasons that are illegal are your race/ethnicity, your sex, religion, pregnancy, gender "identity", sexual orientation, age if you're over 40, or national origin. Everything else is perfectly legal.
Demanding I put something in my body or be forced to pay for weekly testing or lose my job is considered financial coercion. No employer has the right to endorse illegal tactics to violate my rights and then terminate me if I don't let them. This would lead to a tort claim.
This is where the lawyers come in;silly.
