It's not a huge deal, and I know I'm probably going to get the generic "you hate free speech" comment, but I'm just wondering if it's possible? Just sort of a "they can post it if they want to but I'm just not interested in see this type of stuff" kind of thing?

Some of the other "free speech" platforms just let you see everything and then leave it up to you to decide who to mute or block. I enjoy that since it doesn't infringe on that person's right to post what they want yet you also get the choice not to see stuff you don't like. I just didn't see any kind of option for something like that.

If it's not possible will it ever be? If not, why not?

For me I've just noticed a few people who tend to post somewhat-regularly and I just don't have an interest in their content due to the extremist nature of it. I don't want to block the sub because most of what I see in there I tend to like, but a large portion of the posts seem to be coming from a single person whose posts just aren't something I'm interested in.

What particularly don't you like to see? I'm curious as I tend to post a lot of stuff that I think is humorous, but you may not think so. So, seriously, what do you dislike, trucker language, stereotypical names given to groups, name calling, etc?

Mostly just extreme racism or just hateful stuff.

I'm fine with it to an extent, but when it becomes a bit excessive I start wanting to avoid it. I'm more Libertarian in the sense that I don't want to force people to have the correct thoughts, but that also doesn't mean I choose to engage with those types of people.

Generally I'm just a pretty laid back and happy guy, so I'm just not a fan of seeing negative and hateful stuff all the time.

Kindly let me know when you feel that my comments go too far. I get pretty ticked off at Islamist extremism, adn often at chimping out low IQ people. I will call them sandniggers. Islamist extremists have easily earned that designation. ₜᵢₘₘᵧ
