East Germany pretty much adopted the ways of West Germany. If you don't like how Germany is today, that's not due to communism. Germany like all of Western Europe chose to be comfortable as a reaction to the horrors of two world wars and a looming third. Having two Germanies wouldn't change that.
The ways of West Germany? You mean forced immigration and White guilt?
Yes, I do. My point is I don't believe German problems are caused by East Germany but by German lack of confidence and worship of comfort. The Soviets didn't cause that, two World Wars and the Cold War did. Germany being split in two wouldn't help Germany find its place in the world.
Maybe... or maybe one of them would have saw the horrors and stopped the immigration shit.. but unified they all got fucked...
The Germans justify the immigration for economic reasons because they're getting old. They're doing it to keep their form of capitalism going in the name of comfort. Keeping East Germany separate from West Germany wouldn't stop that. This isn't the ghost of the Soviet union, its a lack of national confidence. If anything, unification gave that a small boost. It certainly gave Germany more Germans to work with.
They needed Hitler 2.0 not merkle
