I looked some years ago because I was thinking of emigrating, basically Idaho, and even that is too close to Portland.

Niggers and spics. Spics are only marginally better than niggers ... barely. They litter a lot more than niggers do, and they're noisier at the neighborhood level. The like to keep loud birds (like cockatoos) outside on their patios so you can hear them squawking all day. They almost always have a couple of pit bulls that have no training so they bark all the fucking time. They use these God awful smelling laundry detergents that bomb the whole neighborhood with shitty perfume smell when they run the dryer. They have niggers cars with nigger sound systems and they love driving around blasting banda and mariachi. They have loud parties into all hours of the night way more than niggers do. Their kids fucking spray paint everything in sight. I've seen them graffiti on dirt and snow, even. They swarm local lakes and streams, litter everywhere, blast their shitty music, and make a general nuisance of themselves.
Man, I could go on and on.
A lot of that is true....

When I lived in an apartment building surrounded by niggers and spics, it was the SPICS I had the most problems with. Everything you just said is exactly what I experienced.
Don't get me wrong, the SOME of the niggers were just as disrespectful to other residents. But that's just some. For the most part, the niggers in the building were quiet, hardly noticed them unless they were coming or going. Couple of younger black females, who kept to themselves. A couple of older black females, who were just as sweet as they could be.
The spics however, ALL of them were bad... and LOUD. Every single one. Disrespectful. Messy. Did I say LOUD? Loud. The work-spic double parked his trucks, not in the back of the lot but right at the two closest spots to the door. Leave their dryer lint on top of the dryer for the next chump to clean. Intentionally leave the main entrance door to the building open all night, to freeze us all out and allow us to be robbed. Every action they took was a big "fuck you" to all of the other residents.
My brother live in the south but in a city filled with niggers but he's moving to the country. His state has nice rolling hills and good rivers. The mountain west is super overwhelmed with people now. Eastern Montana has some interesting parts though.

The problem with poor white areas is there tends to be a lot of trashy people that are only a little better than niggers. Sure, they probably are less likely to break into your house, but they'll still make you miserable with all kinds of noise at all hours, littering, and shit like that that makes a neighborhood suck.
