When I lived in an apartment building surrounded by niggers and spics, it was the SPICS I had the most problems with. Everything you just said is exactly what I experienced. Don't get me wrong, the SOME of the niggers were just as disrespectful to other residents. But that's just some. For the most part, the niggers in the building were quiet, hardly noticed them unless they were coming or going. Couple of younger black females, who kept to themselves. A couple of older black females, who were just as sweet as they could be. The spics however, ALL of them were bad... and LOUD. Every single one. Disrespectful. Messy. Did I say LOUD? Loud. The work-spic double parked his trucks, not in the back of the lot but right at the two closest spots to the door. Leave their dryer lint on top of the dryer for the next chump to clean. Intentionally leave the main entrance door to the building open all night, to freeze us all out and allow us to be robbed. Every action they took was a big "fuck you" to all of the other residents.
