You're an idiot. Laws are not morals. Just because there's a law doesn't mean it makes any sense. You should be punished for a crime that you commit. Lots of people drive better "drunk" than the somalis, senior citizens, etc that we let drive with full endorsement. Drunk driving laws are a way for the government to fleece the public while justifying it with the feminine sensibilities of women and people like you. So your relative or whatever was killed by a drunk driver... I don't care. We're not talking about drunk driving, we're talking about the laws. If you kill someone while driving and you were negligent, it shouldn't matter if you were drunk or not.
