Almost everyone these days is poor at expressing their thoughts clearly and coherently. That is because so few people are taught to use language correctly. When English is correctly used, it is impossible to not understand what is being said ... unless you happened to be retarded, or a nigger ("same difference," as they say). The whole purpose of grammar is to make the communication of information precise and accurate. Almost everyone these days mangles grammar to a horrifying degree. When it is mangled badly enough, and coupled with bad spelling, poor punctuation, and incorrect word selection, at some point meaning is entirely lost and cannot even be guessed at.
