Not for texting to people I'd like it to do a decent job of grammar and spelling. Doesn't need to be perfect it will have to be edited anyways. I've done some research but if any one has experience I would appreciate the input

The only one I've ever seen in use is Dragon Speak. It seems to work fairly well.

Dragons are mythological beasts so that’s stupid. Take your make believe animals and go away. I doubt they would speak English even if they were real.

Eastern dragons wouldn't, but western dragons are native to Europe, so you could probably find one that speaks English.

That, or write your book in Latin. They probably speak Latin.
