I don't remember any prophecies in the Bible about a third temple (other than the temple without walls) or about a blue cow. Can anyone actually cite this in the Old or New Testament?

Is this in the Talmud? If so then it's probably fulfillment which only other Talmud worshippers will believe, a deception to control other Talmudists and get them to go along with the entire global plot.
