The website makes it very hard to find out who is running the company. Turns out it's a guy named Ron Montgomery who spent a few decades working for Verizon and later worked with the Carlyle Group. I don't trust any of that. Seems like a decently constructed honey pot.

edit: I missed the best part. He worked for AMDOCS which is a telecom company based in Israel. Every single time!
