Damn, how did I forget that?!?!? I'm not sure I'd allow for popular voting on foreign aid packages, though. We all know how ((( voting ))) has been corrupted. I think I'd just tell any country petitioning for aid to talk to the UN in their new Brussels HQ. Sorry, folks. The US needs to look after the US for a while. We'll let you know when we're ready to talk about sending money elsewhere.
