No. BitChute is a video hosting sites just like YouTube.

What BitChute does that is unique is they use web torrent tech to power their back end delivering videos. Using p2p tech seriously cuts down on bandwidth over head costs and prevents network slowdown when a video goes viral.

It's not a pleasant example but BitChute was hosting copies of the New Zealand shooting and quickly become the top source of the video. The p2p system handled it like a champ.
