Drink more water, less sugar and sodium, consume more potassium. Go vegan for a bit until you're able to sustain natural body energy throughout the day, then go back to healthy lean meats. Exercise daily cardio even if it's just a short walk. Stretch your entire body, head, neck, arms, legs, to point you feel pain and hold it. Also take melatonin if you have trouble getting a good night sleep and avoid unnatural caffeine (some coffee and tea is ok) afternoon. Take a daily multivitamin along with natural fish oil.
Sleep on your back on firm mat with your head looking up as much as possible. Sleep by a window with natural light to spark your awakening and avoid oversleeping.
