Sugar is literally the underlying factor for cancer. It's steroids for it. The research is out there, but Pharma makes money treating cancer, and the food industry, well..... Find a food without sugar. These industries do not want that info mainstream, but it is out there for all to find.

It’s easy to find food without sugar, just stop eating processed shit. Whole foods (not the store) only.
